  2. Discounts: All the discounts are decided by Pinnacle Biosciences team and we do not club discounts and offer together.
  3. Address Change: Changes in the address will be accountable only for 48 hours before the actual delivery and that is free of cost. Any changes done after the expected time would not be held liable and the order would not be cancelled. After the dispatch of Products from our end the change in address would not be considered.
  4. Order Change: Any changes if required in the order placed by you would stand valid if you let us be informed within 48 hours of the actual delivery. If the changes were made after the stipulated time, it would not be considered. Cancellation charges are up to 5% on all the cancellation of orders.
  5. Delivery Product: we guarantee that we deliver exact replicas of the products displayed on the website with correct quality.
  6. Damaged deliveries: Any damage to the delivery will be dealt with within 24 hours of delivery. The complaint lodged must be supported with substantial proof of the authenticity of the matter.
  7. Rules for delivery: We deliver as per the delivery instructions provided to you on the website. We deliver the product to the recipient only and if found on the delivery that recipient is not available and refuses to accept the delivery. We account that the order to be delivered in such circumstances. We deliver the order only ONCE, the non-availability of recipient on the delivery would not be deterred and you would be charged accordingly. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
                      i). Wrong shipping/delivery address.
                     ii). Premises locked.
                    iii). Recipient not available.
                    iv). Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
                     v). Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
                    vi). Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
  8. Substitution Policy : Sometimes due to non-availability of the desired product which is depicted on the website, we substitute the flowers of equal and same worth. We do not compromise with the style, theme and the arrangements of the bouquet. We affirm you the availability of exact number/ quantity of flowers as mentioned in the product description although.
  9. Rules for Duplicate Orders: In case of the duplicate order placed by you, we would enquire you for the same. If we contacted you and the numbers were not reachable or in case of no response the decision of order lays in our hands.
  10. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers: Any fraudulent behavior observed from the clients ends like mentioning of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason. The order stands cancelled and we withhold the right to block such customers.
  11. Rules for unfounded recipient: We strictly follow our guidelines and the delivery is intended to be delivered to the recipient only. If the recipient is not found we consider the delivery to be executed and no refunding of the amount would be done thereafter. Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy for further details.
  12. We may be allied or associated with any business unit, organization, institution etc. by our choice. We can even deny the service to any individual, organization or institution by our own wish without stating any reason.
  13. Pinnacle Biosciences may amend its Terms & Conditions if required from time to time. These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India.

These Terms and Conditions, together with Pinnacle Biosciences cancellation and refund policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pinnacle Biosciences with respect to your use of and material available on the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and Pinnacle Biosciences with respect to this site.
